Creating your digital legacy is simple! Start by signing up for a free account, then follow our guided setup process. You'll be able to upload photos, videos, write stories, and organize them into beautiful memory collections. Our intuitive interface makes it easy to preserve your memories for future generations.
You can upload a wide variety of content including photos (JPEG, PNG), videos (MP4, MOV), audio recordings (MP3, WAV), and written stories. We support files up to 500MB for videos and 50MB for photos. You can also create photo slideshows with background music and record voice messages directly in the platform.
Storage limits depend on your subscription plan. Free accounts include 5GB of storage, our Premium plan offers 50GB, and Professional plans include 200GB. Need more? We offer unlimited storage with our Enterprise plan. All plans include lifetime preservation of your content.
We take security very seriously. All data is encrypted using bank-level 256-bit AES encryption both in transit and at rest. We use AWS S3 for secure cloud storage with multiple backups across different geographic locations. Your memories are protected with enterprise-grade security measures.
You have complete control over who sees your content. You can keep memories private, share with specific trusted contacts, or make them public. Each memory collection can have different privacy settings, and you can change these settings at any time.
If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible for 90 days in read-only mode. During this time, you can download all your content or reactivate your account. After 90 days, data may be deleted unless you've opted for our legacy preservation option.
Trusted contacts are people you designate to manage and access your digital legacy. They can be family members, friends, or anyone you trust. You can assign different permission levels and specify when they should gain access to your content (e.g., upon a specific date or event).
The number of trusted contacts depends on your plan. Free accounts can add up to 3 trusted contacts, Premium accounts up to 10, and Professional/Enterprise accounts have unlimited trusted contacts. You can change or remove trusted contacts at any time.
By default, trusted contacts have view-only access. However, you can grant specific permissions such as adding new content, editing existing memories, or managing other trusted contacts. You maintain full control over these permissions and can modify them anytime.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and PayPal. For annual plans, we also accept bank transfers for amounts over $500. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle, and you'll retain your current plan benefits until then.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact our support team for a full refund. After 30 days, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Our platform works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We also support mobile browsers on iOS and Android devices. For the best experience, we recommend keeping your browser updated to the latest version.
Currently, our platform is fully responsive and works great on mobile browsers. Native iOS and Android apps are in development and expected to launch in Q2 2024. You can use all features through your mobile browser in the meantime.
